The prices of our products are quoted on the website and include VAT. We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of our products to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control. In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card only. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any of the products ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. Any order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase our products from us, and a contract between you and us will be formed after we have debited your payment card and confirmed receipt of your order by email.
We are able to deliver to addresses within the UK only. The products will be delivered to you at the address you provided with your order. Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods within 14 working days of receiving them. You must inform us by post or email within this time of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, and we will refund your payment within 14 days providing we have received the goods back or evidence that you have returned them.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
You have the right to return faulty goods for a full and immediate refund, or replacement if acceptable, for up to 30 days from the date purchased. Outside of this initial period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement of faulty goods. If you have a complaint or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us via email immediately so we can instigate our complaints handling procedures.
